I strongly disagree with this, this purpose of a no follow link is for the websmaster to tell google this is a paid link, or i do not vouch for this website. However i have seen and tested how nofollow links may not pass link juice they can pass relevance through through anchor text, indirectly increasing rank. They can alo increase traffic to your website and if its goog traffic it will also increase your rank.

Nofollow joins properties don't permit internet searcher bots to pursue link.That implies if the site proprietor is connecting back to you with nofollow qualities, it doesn't pass on connection juice. Dofollow joins permit google (all web crawlers) to tail them and achieve our site. Giving us interface juice and a backlink.
