DA & PA fluctuate

Why DA & PA fluctuate? I have 4 website all domain authority was fluctuate.. anybody can explain why this happening?

It's normal to see fluctuations in domain authority and the number of links each new update. That's because the sample size and sources fluctuate from update to update.

Page Authority measures the predictive ranking strength of a single page.

Domain Authority measures the strength of entire domains or sub-domains.

PA and DA are Moz based parameters and these are not standard parameters.
