I am looking for recommendations about choosing appropriate weighing controllers for batching processes in USA manufacturing and agriculture facilities. Mixing in large quantities is our business, and we have to make sure that everything goes well.
Right now, we are having problems with imprecise calculations, as well as some manual mistakes here and there. I thought it would be nice to upgrade to an automated batching controller, which could work with various materials.
Have any of you had experience using such a controller in manufacturing food products, making fertilizers, or storing farm produce? How do you think, what qualities do I have to search for in such an item?
