Online lately, I've noticed a recurring issue with subscriptions: how tricky it can be to cancel them, especially if you signed up through different channels like an app store versus a direct website. Sometimes it feels like you need a detective to figure out the right way to stop a recurring charge. Is there a universal best practice when it comes to canceling subscriptions to avoid getting double-billed or having one still active somewhere? I've had a couple of close calls and it's quite frustrating.
