Conference Presentation Screen

I’m in charge of organizing a conference in Miami, and I need to rent a projector and screen for the main presentation. The room is quite large, and I’m concerned about making sure everyone has a clear view of the content. I’ve seen both standard projectors and LED screens being used, but I’m not sure which would be more effective in a conference setting. Has anyone rented this kind of equipment for a similar event and can share their experience?
