For any graphic related program or software, we should use graphic cards. In your system have only 2GB RAM which is less for running any heavy software or application in your system. In first preference, you should upgrade RAM. At least 4GB ram is must for running any software smoothly in system. If you choose to use Graphic card along with upgrading ram than it will be best and also you can use Photoshops for high resolution graphic images. Also check your C-drive or drive in which windows OS has been installed, there should be a free space, that can help to run Photoshop software smoothly.
