VPS plans from luxhosting.lu and kvchosting.net are provided on sweet terms and I have to opt for the best one, so what's that?
 
It depends on what you need. If your site targets Luxembourg than use servers their if not you can use vps any place you want. Make sure their are no upgrade fees or setup fees.

Figure out what you want cpanel or cpanel alternative linux or windows. Some vps offer both some on use one.
