Can you differentiate between ‘nofollow’ and ‘dofollow’ link?

Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice. Only Humans will be able to follow the links. Though some time back Google made it clear that they don’t consider nofollow link attributes but weightage of such links are really less. Even though, it’s a good practice to use Nofollow link attribute to those link, where you don’t want to pass link-juice.

No follow link - No follow is a value that can be assigned to the rel attribute of an HTML a element to instruct some search engines that the hyperlink should not influence the ranking of the link's target in the search engine's index.

Do follow link - The absence of the NoFollow tag makes the link DoFollow. If a blog or web site doesn't use the NoFollow tag, the search engines acknowledge the link; if a site does use the NoFollow tag, the search engines do not acknowledge the link.

Do follow links are the ones that let the web crawler reach your website through the back link you have created, thus help you gain link juice from the website sharing a do-follow link.
No follow links on the other hand does not let the web crawler reach your website through the link created.

Do follow as the name suggests ; It tells the Search Engine Bots to follow the link and index them.
No Follow links tell the Search Engine Bots NOT to follow the link. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice.
