Buy Links - Is it good for SEO ?

in your point of view, buy links will increase pagerank for website and is it good for SEO ?

Any thoughts ?

I don't buy links, but I do sell them. I have a policy of only accepting links that are in a similar niche to the site I'm running. I think if you run a site about football then it looks bad if you carry links about car insurance.

I think it's not good buy backlinks for SEO. you should build backlinks through forum posting, blog comments, web blog 2.0 and article submission.
