Any body tried any SEO techniques for Bing search engine and if yes i would like to know what sort of off page SEO that is best for Bing. I mean what should be the strength and quantity of links that must be made before Bing starts noticing the website in question.

Personally, I dont even think about the other search engines aside from Google.

If you can impress Google, the other search engines will also be impressed and index/rank you.

Google is like the "cool kid" in the group. What Google likes, everyone likes.
