Deciding on a venue for conducting an exhibition is a primary concern to the Exhibition Stall Designer. If you do not select an apt place to conduct your exhibition chances are that people may not be very impressed. It is very important to keep in mind the participants and their level so that the venue you book would suit their requirements. There are a few things to keep n mind when you are booking a venue for an exhibition.
First comes the Location. You must see to it that your venue is at a prime location in the city that you are conducting the exhibition so that it will not be hard for the participants as well as the customers to reach the place. For example Raddison Blu Hotel, Paschim Vihar, Delhi. It is an ideal place to conduct meetings, conferences. It has Multipurpose venues, Business Venues, Luxuary venues suited for all the purposes including Exhibitions Company. Another prime locality venue is The Park, Parliament Street, New Delhi.
