Best employment social media site?

My husband has found out recently his teaching position after 15 years is being cut. So, we are looking for work.
We live is very small town and there are no jobs here at all. Especially for a professional who needs to find a job salary wise close to what he is making now.
We have looked around for websites to upload his resume and have found a few but unsure if we have found the best ones out there.
He isn't sure he will find a teaching job so we are focusing on his talent as an artist. He has done t- shirts for colleges and also vehicle art work. People ask us where we got the stencils, he tells them he draws by hand and they are amazed. He also has a great voice talent to do voices of other people. (As in famous, cartoons etc)
He has so much talent as well as a great teacher, where can we put his talents out there to be seen the most?
 
Almost all of social media sites are useful for finding jobs for example on facebook if you interac with the people and make friendship with the right people who can help you in getting employment than its right for you. Other social media web sites which can help you do this is LinkedIn, Twitter, Jobster and so on and so forth . It only depends how good you use the website to get the task done. So the advice is to be focused and stick to the task because there are many distractions too on many social media sites.

You can get job through Monster, Naukri.com. Linkedin, facebook, and through taking advice of your friends. Why not you teach tuition at home or open a nursery school at your locality. You have talent in art and get job in dubbing voices for cartoon films. There are several options for you around you, however you have to discover them on your own. If one door of success closes, several other doors to it also open, so be positive. An artisan who makes people laugh can became a member of parliament e.g. Bhagwant Mann, MLA from Sangroor Punjab India has done it.
