Been thinking a lot about keeping my team safe during packing and shipping

I've got a small warehouse in Ajman where we pack and ship about a hundred orders a day on a good day, and lately I've been watching my team work and noticing how much bending, lifting, and reaching they're doing constantly. A couple of them have started complaining about back pain and I'm starting to worry that the way we're set up might actually be putting them at risk over the long term. I'm trying to explore better safety solutions for workspaces because I'd rather invest in some changes now than deal with injuries and turnover down the road. I came across an article that talked about how smart packaging systems can actually reduce the physical strain on workers by bringing things to a comfortable height and minimizing unnecessary movement, which is something I hadn't really considered before. I always thought of packaging improvements as being about speed and efficiency, but now I'm wondering if the same changes that make things faster could also make things safer for my team. I'm curious if anyone here has made changes specifically with ergonomics and safety in mind and what actually made a difference. Was it better workstations, different equipment, or just reorganizing how things flow through your space? I want to do right by my people but also need solutions that actually work for a business our size.
