Can anyone get blocked from commenting on Facebook ?
I wanted to comment on my friends post on Facebook. I cant even like nor comment on it. But i can see this. Why is this ?

not necessarily you are blocked but maybe your friend block the comment option so that everyone cannot comment on it.

hey better ask your friend, he might have blocked you, for fun, or by mistake.

That I think you are liked too much at the last and sometime Facebook not allow you like anymore. But do not worry just wait for a few time maybe 1 day more 2 days then that will be return.
