Cloud hostiing is cheaper becuase you use programs on mutiple servers and do not have to buy server or programs. Simple to set up more reliable and most companies now offer cloud hosting. most dedicated servers run programs on cloud hosting same goes for instant linux vps and kvm vps cheap. I use web hosting paypal cloud hosting and it cost less than buying servers and maintaining them yourself.
