I just want to send you a million thanks for all Blazingfasthost help in teaching and explaining EXACTLY what was going on and being honest enough to advise me how the server was set up.. I just want these guys to know I am back online, and my programmer knows exactly what to do now that I have determined the reason it was slow. The original programmer put the system in the dedicated server to run as a virtual machine, this is why it is so slow. They are working in puttion in a c-panel and using the dedicated server as a dedicated server. So again thanks for all your help!
