ok.. maybe it is dumb question, but how get backlinks for our website from youtube comments?

Speaking about discussion I think, that making a tutorial it's a quite good idea. First check on google key planner what people are looking for, phrase which is related with site we are doing seo, and than record some tutorials with high quality information.
