wordpress seo yoast plugin problem

wordpress seo plugin 3.9.1 can not count focused keyword.in my website page already no of keyword but seo plugin can not be count focused key word. i have many time change the keyword and new keyword add but problem can not be solved. plz help me.

Article Heading:YES(1)
Page Title:YES(1)
Page URL:YES(1)
Content:NO
Meta Description:Yes(2)

any idea plz share with us.
