I have a dedicated server in singlehop and it's running very well and has no problem for many years.
Last month I bought a windows dedicated server from Ubiquity Server and I wanna use this windows server to upload some files to my singlehop centos server.
However, I found I can't get access to singlehop's server and ping it from this windows server.

asw-ex176.ord03.singlehop.net is the switch my server is located on. Singlehop support advised me to disable iptables, but it still didn't work.
I can access my website on my desktop, on my laptop, on my other servers, except this windows server.
Can anybody help me with this problem?
