Windows 8

I want to upgrade my laptop to windows 8 and it has 4gb of ram. Currently its on windows 7 and working perfect
Is it suitable or I should upgrade the ram also?

If it is working perfectly then you should not upgrade as Windows 7 is probably the best operating system microsoft have ever released. If you must move up to windows 8 then i recommend you move to windows 8.1 update 1 which is the latest OS. 4GB is perfectly fine, i assume you have a decent processor too?
