Please tell me, Why life not possible at moon..?

There are number of reasons:

no water
unfavorable temperature
lack of oxygen in air

Still scientist are trying to find the traces of life on moon but this topic is still a matter of controversy.

there's no air there. it's not possible to live there. you'll feel cold and lonely too
