Why is Earth Called a Unique Planet...?

Just because you heard someone called Earth "a unique planet" it doesn't mean the Earth is called a unique planet. There are over 200 Billion galaxies with over 200 Billion planets in each of them so we don't really knows anything.
 
The best for sustaining life is Earth, if we ever encountered another life bearing world we might need to rank them against each other although since we adapted to the environments of Earth we'd probably feel better suited to Earth. It has sustained life for so long and is our first home.
