Why google bot doesn't read my website content..?

Firstly, check if your domain hasn't crawled yet. Write 'cache:yourdomainname' and click enter to see when the crawler last visited on your website. If it shows 404 error then the crawler has not visited your domain. To make your site index, Inspect the URL in Google Webmaster Tool and request the same.

You can check if your URL has been indexed or not by searching on Google as 'site:yourdomainname.' The indexed web pages of your website will appear in the search result.
 
Search engine crawling takes a while for new webpages. If you have a website try submitting a XML sitemap in webmaster tool and also share the new webpages in social media. These two activities will help to increase the crawling frequency of your webpages.
