Why get an error lockout when log in WP/Admin?

Hi every body. Sometime, I have added user and pass correct but get error lockout on wp/admin?

it's not simple to do it, you need more time and experience to know it clearly.

did u get it correct?

if you had added locked in lock out plugin or similar plugins, then it is happening because plugin or it may happen because when try login try more 4 or 5 times then ur system or user may get locked down.

You try to recover password by forgetting password, or create user again.
