Why do my profile picture gets uploaded in a small size?

I want to upload my FULL picture. Every time i upload it its size get small. Why is that so ?

Hello all newbies, how are you all. I am Prince Charming from United States Of America. I am an Artist. I love to meet new people as well as making new friends. I like to operate Social Networking sites and want to know about them as more as possible. I am also really want to know about why do my Profile Picture gets uploaded in a small size??? Some times many main things are not shown in the picture, when it gets uploaded like Shoes, Location, Background as well as many more things etc............. So please i request to the admin for solve this problem as early as possible.
