I have made wordpress blog for article submission, everyone knows that wordpress gives dofollow backlinks, my question is if i do social bookmarking of Wordpress blog post, will it harm my website because blog post linking directly to the website????? Which will be affected Blog or Website???

Well, as long as you are not doing anything sneaky or spammy, and you are building a high quality blog site.
On the other hand, I don't suggest social bookmarking.
