Top web 2.0 sites be like wordpress, blogger, tumblr, weebly. There are also hubpages, squidoo, and the like. Be careful with wordpress though. If you create a blog that's to commercial, linking to your money site, your account might be closed down. It happened to me tons of times five years ago when I started SEO. Now, I still have blogs powered by wordpress since I was able to go with the standards/rules of wordpress.
