I think all of the above tags have highest priority in their own spaces. For e.g. alt tag is important for used images, no follow tag is important for the link which you don't want to crawl.

I wasn't aware that they had a priority. the whole poin of good on-page SEO is to tick as many boxes as possible I.e. you use all the tags with good content that is relevant to the page subject matter
