Which Smartphone Has The Largest Screen Size

I often wonder that what is the different between a tablet and a smartphone if the tablet can act as a phone. Now the sizes of smart phones are increasing and we already have Samsung note and others which have huge screen sizes. Please tell me what smartphone has the biggest and largest screen size.

Also what do you think can be the largest screen size of a smartphone that we can call a smart phone. Can it be a size of a computer and just because of its calling capabilities still be called a smart phone even with a 15 inch screen. Please share your thoughts on that.

As far as I know, the Samsung smartphones have the largest screen size by far. Blackberry Z10 comes a close second. I think that smartphones cannot have a screensize of more than 7 as it will defeat its purpose of being compact. Plus, the screen size (in my opinion) isn't the only determining factor of a powerful and efficient smartphone.
