Sitemap xml is for search engine while HTML sitemap is for user

XML sitemap is good for a website. It is a coded sitemap used to submit in webmaster tool to help spiders crawl them and index the webpages in search engines.

I think having an XML sitemap is great as it will help Google while crawling and indexing the site into the search engine but there is no special use of HTML sitemap.
