I have quite a few websites so always have a contingency but if a domain is just not working then I'd ditch it and get another.

IF your SEO techniques not working then it's time for paid advertising. If after paid advertising your website not get ranked over the search engine then, get a new domain & start with fresh.

Well I will analyze the mistakes first and then will improve the SEO campaign for this purpose.

If your SEO methods and techniques does not work then change your content of your website and then do seo work.

I will check, analysis, test from starch of website for SEO and other required changes.
If all seems perfect, add more content and start content marketing.
If not work then buy new domain and work from start again.
