How do I be energetic and active throughout the day?

Only sport and a healthy diet help me stay focused and energetic. In order to stay healthy and fit, I try to work out 3-4 times a week. By the way, it's important to get routine blood work at least once a year in order to check the vitamin levels. When I have deficiencies, I take vitamins and supplements additionally.
