What is RISC..?

RISC-- reduced instruction set computer is a microprocessor that is designed to perform a smaller number of types of computer instructions so that it can operate at a higher speed.

RISC (stands for Reduced Instructions Set Computer) is a method of designing microprocessors in the direction of simplifying the instruction set that executes the same time

A reduced instruction set computer, or RISC is one whose instruction set architecture (ISA) has a set of attributes that allows it to have a lower cycles per instruction (CPI) than a complex instruction set computer (CISC).
