Google has been offering “Google Suggest” or “Autocomplete” on the Google web site since 2008 (and as an experimental feature back since 2004). So suggestions — or “predictions” as Google calls them — aren't new. ... Google Instant is a feature that automatically loads results and changes those results.

When we search any query in Google, it shows some suggestions, is autocomplete.
