First of all it,s not blogsport, it,s blogspot,
Blogger (www.blogger.com) is a free publishing platform owned by the giant company Google. A publishing platform means a comprehensive tool to publish articles and web-pages in a domain / website. Therefore, users don’t have to use the old school file transfer protocol (FTP) to run their websites, the platform takes care of everything.
This platform does not have to be used with Blogspot, it can also be used with any other custom domain (such as yourname.com*-*This website is for sale!*-*yourname Resources and Information.). The system is similar to Worpress.ORG: free publishing platform.
Blogspot (www.blogspot.com) is a free domain service provider owned by the same giant: Google. The free domain provided is actually a sub domain (like example.blogspot.com). This company is to support Blogger in delivering free blogging service.

Blogger is a free publishing platform, while Blogspot is a free domain service provider.
Blogger and blogspot are the same. Blogsport i have no idea if thier is such a site. You sign up at blogger and get a blogspot blog. That is the name of blogger blogs.
The problem with blogger or blogspot is they can take your blog down or you could loose it and all the hard work you did on it.
If you have problems logging in blogger or loose passwords they have no support that helps much.
You would be better off to buy domain with paypal and then web hosting paypal or cheap kvm vps. You are better buying cheap wordpress hosting to host your own wordpress blog. that way you own domain name and blog.

Both are same Google products, used to register free blogs.
