Page authority refers to the authority of a web page and Domain Authority means to the authority of whole site or domain and brand value of it.

Use Domain Authority for comparing two websites or tracking the “strength or rank” of your website over time. Domain Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) designed by Moz that predicts how well a website will get rank on search engines. We calculate this metric by combining all of our other link metrics— number of total links, linking root domains, MozTrust, MozRank, etc.—into a single score.

Page authority and domain authority are the measure of webpage and domain trust in search engines. They are used to define the popularity of your website in search engines. They are measured by Moz.
