in my opinion, PPC is the best.
if you have a good business and can make more benefits or bring more benefits to your customers, you have no time for seo, the best way is using PPC.

PPC is the unpaid and unorganic submission.
PPCis an advertising model where you pay a set amount for every click your advert receives.

SEO is the organic site.
It is used to improve your search engine ranking and website traffic.
It includes,

>link building
>keyword analysis

As my opinion SEO is the best method for marketing of the site. Because its work is from the free submission and give you the better result.

Both are important, its depend upon your budget, if you want traffic in quick time than you must go with PPC, but again its totally depends upon your budget. On the other hand SEO is totally free, and also it is long time solution. I would suggest SEO rather than PPC
