What do you take for Breakfast ?

What do you mostly take for Breakfast ?
Many of my friends don't do breakfast and come to work without it with just a cup of tea.

Day by day change my breakfast, today pasta next day bread butter and egg.

I know this is very unhealthy, but I have such trouble wiht getting up at morning that most often I can afford just drunk a cup of coffee on the run.
