What do you mean by hidden text ?

Hidden text is an anchor text used hidden on a webpage to generate backlinks for your website. They help to indexed your website link but the keyword is hidden from browser views. It is a black hat seo technique and can harm your keyword ranking in search engines.
 
According to the text I should not hide, when google bot discovered your web will fail miserably top

you could add a paragraph or page of text in alt text="" or you could code the text as white on a white page....however, the source code is still visible and ALL of your code will be indexed by the search engines.......dont do it!
