On 4th October 2013 Google has released latest fifth version of Penguin update i.e Penguin 2.1. Actually, it is the improved version of Google’s Penguin 2.0. Basically Penguin is designed to target spammy websites which were doing low quality techniques for link building. It has decreased the rankings of websites from SERP that are violation by Google Guidelines.
