I agree with the area you have mentioned where you can add keyword to improve the website ranking. I would like to add one more point, you can also use Inter-Linking to improve the keyword ranking.

One thing which need to be considered is to avoid using same keyword over and over again. You need to use synonyms in order to avoid keyword stuffing, which is considered as one of the Black Hat Technique.
