Well if you worried about your weight loss so i have a good plan for weight loss within a month.Here are some good tips.

1. Do Regular Exercise
2. Avoid Late Night Meals
3. Avoid Oily Foods
4. Drink 8 glass of water every day
5. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
