Weight, Gain.

I've been trying to put on bodyweight for years. I always eat as many as I could. I've never had a good body all my life. I'm always slim. Does anyone have an eating strategy plan for getting weight?

To gain body weight, eating is not enough, you should to exercise as well. If you are eating too much to gain weight, then I am sure that you would end up gaining too much fat in your body. Hence, if you want to gain body weight properly, start doing exercises in gym. Explain your problems to the fitness trainer there, he will give you a diet plan as well as will show you the exercises that will help in gaining healthy weight.
