Every child has a smartphone these days , maybe you cant force the child to download an app but the parent will if he or he believes its in the best interest of the child. So a app the limits ( time wise Social media usage ) then resets in say 24 hours . This will allow the kid to study more instead of constantly being on twitter websites looking at garbage. Best thing is if this application is successful you will be hurting the revenue streams of social media companies and one of them might even offer to buy you out to shut

THere are already a variety of tracking systems out there for kids , some of these apps come with panic button , safe words activated and a that immediately notifies , a list of users set by you , where you are. Including emergency services. Its costly though.
