Waking up early in the morning

Some people say that waking early in the morning very important for health. They also say that morning’s fresh air is also very important for health.
Why is this so? Why is waking early in the morning very important for health? Do we get some special nutrients in morning’s fresh water?
 
i think walking up in morning not important.walk in evening also gud. specialy in busy life...................
