VPS Hosting vs Dedicated for PrestaShop – Professional Advice Needed

I am currently evaluating whether vps hosting or a dedicated server would be more suitable for my PrestaShop store. The website experiences traffic spikes during promotional campaigns, and scalability is a major concern. At the same time, consistent performance and predictable costs are important factors. Can I rely on GTHost.com vps hosting solutions? Any reviews please?

Recently moved an online store onto a VPS because shared hosting was no longer enough. Picked a Netherlands VPS from hostpro.com and the difference in speed was noticeable right away. Their plans scale pretty well, and upgrades don’t require moving files to another server. Also nice that backups are automatic every day and stored for a full month.
