Virus or Windows Process What Is ccp.exe

I am looking at the current running process in my windows and one of the process naming "CCP.EXE" is also running and i am not sure about this process that whether its a virus or a normal process. Recently my antivirus have given me an alert that my Windows is likely to be compromised and on top of that my computer is acting strange so i am in a process of fining out the possible culprit.

Please guide me if this ccp.exe is a windows process and is safe or no and should i stop it or no. If this is an important process of Windows that what is the purpose of this process.

I remember seeing something like that a while ago but cannot remember how I fixed it.
