Very poor customer support

Hello everyone, I was using Cloud hosting service from a2hosting.com, Few days back I had asked them to provide the complete backup and had paid for it. Now the the team is telling me to pay more for that. Support team wont stick to the words what they promise. Very disappointed.
 
If you have already made a payment for backup than there is no point to charge you again for same backup. I would like to recommend you to check backup dates and backup price rules because it could be possible that they are charging backup on date wise and you are asking backup for another date as compare to paid backup date, therefore they charging you again.
