Magento 2 Reward Points allow the admin to offer customers loyalty incentives based on specific cart conditions. With Magento 2 Reward Points Extension, administrators can set rules to grant reward points when customers meet criteria such as minimum cart value, product categories, or promotional offers. To configure, go to the admin panel, click the Marketing choose Cart Price Rules, and create or update a rule with reward points conditions.
