VPS plans from kvchosting.net and hosting.uk are provided on sweet terms and I have to sign up with the best one, so which is that?
 
I've been with kvchosting.net SSD VPS for a year now after a friend of mine recommended them when I was complaining about my webhost. While they are a bit pricier than the host I was coming from, they have more than earned the extra couple of dollars a month.
 
If your targeting the uk then i like to use servers their so hosting uk would be the one i use out of the 2. If site is worldwide than any good vps provider would be fine.

Make sure their is no set up or upgrade fees. Check uptime and make sure they have multiple internet lines and back up power
